That gentle space in time when the darkness is gently kissed with color. It is there, that just for a moment, the Earth seems at peace and my soul rests in hope. And this, my heart whispers, is why you came.
On a much, much lighter note...Duck Donuts are LEGIT! When I kept seeing all the ads for them I was skeptical that they could really be THAT good. But, seriously, I am surprised rainbows don't come out of the box when you open it, they are THAT full of magical goodness. It is a really, really good thing I live 1400 miles away from these things or I would weigh 300 lbs! Well worth the sugar crash this is going to give me.
Pea Island beach. Just the perfect amount of people. We can rescue each other if we fall in, but otherwise we have our space. Ahhhh...ocean Heaven!
